K S Viswanathan operates out of a flat in Ghatkopar East. It's in the Shree K building on Plot No 105. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly calm for Mumbai standards. We’ve turned part of the flat into a workspace. It’s basically just a desk, a computer, and some shelves full of papers. Living and working in the same place has its challenges, but it works for us. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day—kids playing or someone calling out from the street. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most of our visitors are people who live nearby or have known us for years. It isn’t a place with a big sign outside. You have to know which flat to come to. We keep things very informal. If you drop by, you’ll probably get offered a cup of tea while we talk. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a small setup focused on getting the work done. Ghatkopar is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don’t spend much on marketing because word of mouth usually brings people to our door. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in our small space. It's nothing fancy, just a room with a view of the street. We do our best to keep up with the daily paperwork and calls.
