K S Iyar Co is just a small place in Powai. We spend most of our time here dealing with paperwork and the daily grind of running things. Mumbai is always moving so fast outside the window, but inside it is mostly quiet except for the fans. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Usually, someone is making tea or talking about the long commute from the station. Powai has changed a lot since we started, with all the new buildings and glass towers going up everywhere. It used to be a lot quieter. Now there are more cars and people all the time. Our address is easy enough to find if you know the area. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy to show off. Most people just know us by word of mouth or seeing us around. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we sit and wait or just talk about our families. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls and expensive coffee. It is just where we come to get the job done every day from Monday to Saturday. We handle the files, talk to the people who drop by, and try to keep things organized. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we manage. That is pretty much how things go for us at K S Iyar Co. We just keep our heads down and work.
