K Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd has its base over at Raj Villa in Mulund West. Specifically, we are at C 1 B on the 2nd Cross Road. Mulund is a nice part of Mumbai, a bit quieter than the downtown areas but still very active. Our office is in a spot that feels quite local and grounded. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. The building, Raj Villa, is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the 2nd Cross Road layout. Inside, it is just a normal office where we handle our business affairs. There aren't any big corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just have our desks, our computers, and the work that needs to be done. Most of the staff has been with us for a bit, so we have a good rhythm going. We deal with the daily tasks of running a private limited company without much fuss. Sometimes the 2nd Cross Road gets a bit busy with parked cars, but that is just part of life in Mumbai. We like the area because it’s accessible and has a decent community feel. It is not a high-rise glass building, just a solid place at Raj Villa where we put in our hours and keep things moving forward. It works for us and it has worked for a long time.
