Our office is situated at 108 in the New India Industrial Estate, right near the Paper Box landmark off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of noise from the nearby units and the trucks coming in. We’ve been handling exports from this spot for a long time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some metal desks and a few old computers that have seen better days. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can. We don't really have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you drop by, you'll probably see us checking over shipping manifests or talking on the phone with the customs agents. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a group of people trying to get things moved from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on Mahakali Caves Road is so bad that we stay late just to avoid it. We eat our lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We just keep things moving and don't make a big fuss about it. We just handle the paperwork and the logistics as they come through the door each day.
