Jyotigawade

Jyotigawade is the name we use for our little operation here in Navi Mumbai. We are located at Al-5 16/16, in Sector 5 of Airoli. Shantidoot Apartment is the building. Airoli is a bit different from the main Mumbai city. It’s more spread out and has a slightly slower pace, which I appreciate. We have been in this apartment for quite some time now. It’s our home and also where we handle our daily work. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up some desks and computers. Most of our day is spent replying to messages and keeping things organized. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't really do big marketing campaigns. We think that if you do your work quietly and do it right, things will work out fine. Shantidoot is a quiet society, so it’s easy to focus. Sometimes we take a walk in the evening around the sector to clear our heads. Life in Navi Mumbai is pretty decent once you get used to the commute. We like being based in Airoli because it feels more like a community. We don't have any corporate goals or mission statements. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple, practical way to live. We keep it real and don't make promises we can't keep.
