It’s a very well-known stretch of road, always packed with cars and buses moving through the heart of the city. Being at Mody Estates means we are part of a long history in this neighborhood. The estate itself has been around for ages, and our company name is tied to the place. It is a bit of an old-school environment here. We don't have those open-plan offices with bean bags; it's more about desks, files, and getting the work done. The noise from L.B.S. Marg is just part of the background music for us now. We have seen Ghatkopar change from a quiet suburb into this massive, bustling hub. Despite all the new malls and buildings popping up nearby, our corner in Chirag Nagar stays pretty much the same. It is a convenient spot for our people to get to, and everyone knows where the estate is. We keep our operations straightforward and don't try to be anything we aren't. It is just a family-named business that has stayed put and kept working through the years. We appreciate the stability of being here. It’s our base and it’s where we feel most at home.
