Our small office for Jp Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Flat No 522 at Palms II. Being inside the Royal Palms complex in Aarey Milk Compound makes for a pretty quiet workday. It is mostly just residential buildings around us, so you don't hear much traffic or city noise. We spend our time here dealing with various service tasks on our computers. The space is a bit tight because it is a regular flat turned into a workspace, but we make it work just fine. Most of us have been here a while and we know the routine well. In the mornings, the drive through Goregaon East can be a bit slow, but once you get into the greenery of Aarey, it feels a lot calmer. We don't have a big fancy office setup with a receptionist or anything like that. It is just a practical place to get through the daily workload. For lunch, we usually just order something or bring dabbas from home and eat together. Sometimes we take a quick walk near the trees if it isn't too hot outside. It's a simple way of working. We focus on the data and files that come our way each day. The electricity is mostly reliable here, which is good for our systems. It is basically a small team doing our part without much fuss or any corporate bells and whistles.
