Jp Morgan Chase

Our Jp Morgan Chase workspace is located in room A 304 at the Om Shri Jagannath CHS. This is in the 400062 zip code area of Mumbai, which is basically Goregaon East. It is a typical residential society, so the office is basically a three-bedroom apartment that we use for work. We have a few computers set up in each room and a main table in the center for meetings. The balcony looks out over the society garden, which is a nice view when we need a break from the screens. We have to follow the society rules about noise and visitors, so it is a very quiet and disciplined place to work. Most of us commute from nearby areas using the local trains. The walk from the station to Om Shri Jagannath takes about fifteen minutes if the weather is good. We keep our own files and supplies in the cupboards. The lighting is just standard home fixtures, nothing too professional or bright. It feels very personal, like you are working from a home office but with a full team. We don't have any big signs outside, just a small nameplate on the door of A 304. It is a very low-key way to run things for a company as big as Jp Morgan Chase, but it works well for our specific department here in Mumbai. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the main room. It is a relaxed but busy atmosphere.
