You can find us over at Shop No.7 in Swagat Tower. We are right across from Laxmi Park, which is a nice view when we get a chance to look out the front glass. Even though the name Jp Morgan Chase Bank sounds like a huge thing from somewhere else, this specific spot feels more like a local corner. The regulars who live in the apartments nearby come in all the time, and we know most of them by their first names. The office stays pretty cool because of the air conditioning, which is a relief when it’s boiling outside in the parking lot. We spend our day behind the counters or at the desks, just helping people move their money around or fixing mistakes on their accounts. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we do. There’s a lot of paperwork and clicking on keyboards, and sometimes the printer acts up right when we are in a hurry. We don't use any fancy talk here. If something is going to take a week, we just say it. The morning rush is usually the busiest time when everyone is trying to get things done before work. By the time the sun starts going down over the park, things quiet down a bit and we start closing up the files. It is just a steady, normal place to work where we try to get things right for the folks who walk through the door and sit down with us.
