We’re based out of Tara Baug in Prashant Nagar, which is in the Naupada area of Thane West. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra, and our office for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj Building Operations Pvt Ltd is right in the thick of it. The building itself is called Tara Baug, and it’s a bit older, which gives it some character. We aren't some sleek tech startup with bean bags and free snacks. We’ve got old desks, plenty of filing cabinets, and a lot of work to do. Thane is always moving, and being in Naupada means we’re close to everything, which is helpful. The staff here is local, so we all know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic when we head home. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We mostly just talk like normal people and try to solve the problems that come across our desks every day. Building operations sounds like a big title, but for us, it’s just the daily grind of making sure things are running the way they should. The office can get a bit cluttered, and sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, but we manage. It’s an honest place to work.
