Options Technologies

We’re tucked away in M402 at Apna Ghar in Jogeshwari East. It’s a residential building, so it’s got that lived-in feel. Options Technologies is just a small operation running out of this space. Jogeshwari is always packed, and the walk from the station can be a bit of a scramble if you’re doing it during rush hour. Our unit is on the fourth floor, and it’s where we spend our ten to twelve hours a day. It’s not a place with a big reception desk or people in suits. We’re usually just in jeans, sitting around tables covered in laptops and half-finished projects. The kitchen area is where most of our conversations happen over lunch. You can hear the city humming outside all the time, that’s just Jogeshwari for you. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We’ve got a lot of books and old hardware stacked in the corners because we never seem to throw anything away. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s a simple setup for simple work. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down in the evenings when we’re working late. It is a bit of a climb to get here, but the view of the nearby buildings is alright.
