Jigneshrathod

You can find me right across from the National Co-Operative Bank on Dattapada Road. My name is Jignesh Rathod and I operate out of number 8 in Bansi Chawl. It’s a typical Mumbai spot—compact, busy, and always something going on. I’ve lived and worked in Borivali East for most of my life, so setting up here felt like the right move. The chawl has its own rhythm, and everyone knows everyone else’s business, which is just how it is. My workspace is small, but I’ve organized it so everything is within reach. I started Jigneshrathod because I wanted to work for myself and help out people in the area with what I know. It gets pretty loud during the day with the traffic and people moving around, but you get used to it. I don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’re usually talking directly to me. I handle the paperwork, the phone calls, and the actual work myself mostly. Sometimes my cousin helps out when things get backed up. We don't use any fancy systems, just a good old-fashioned notebook and a computer that’s seen better days. It’s honest, hard work. There’s no point in pretending to be some big firm when we’re just a local setup trying to do right by the people who trust us. It's a humble place, but it gets the job done every single day without any extra fuss or fancy talk.
