Being on Ajamal Road means it is always busy. I spend most of my time at JSS Road 25, which is a spot that has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. It is not the newest building in the neighborhood, but it has got a lot of character. You can hear the cars honking outside all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when I am trying to focus, but you get used to it after a week or two. My desk is right by the window so I can see everything happening on the street. I have lived and worked around here for years, so I know most of the people who walk past. We do not do anything too complicated here. It is just Jayesh M Goswami, doing the usual daily tasks. I try to keep things organized, but with so much going on, sometimes the paperwork piles up. I usually spend my mornings sorting through what needs to be done. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls nearby. The afternoon is when the most people stop by. It is a tight space, so we have to be efficient. The walls are a bit thin, so I know when the neighbor is making coffee. It is a humble place, but it is where I am every day from morning until late evening. It is just the way things are. Every day is different but also somehow the same.
