Our shop is Shop No 1 in Tiwari Chawl, which is part of Dahisar Budhruk. We are quite close to the Ram Mandir, so that’s usually how people find their way here. Being in a chawl means the space is tight and we are always seeing our neighbors passing by. It’s a very local atmosphere. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and most of the people who come in are from the nearby buildings or just walking through the lane. It’s not a polished store with glass windows and air conditioning. It’s just a simple room where we get our work done. Things can get a bit cluttered inside, especially when we have a lot going on. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the daily tasks than how the place looks. You’ll hear the sounds of the street and the temple nearby while we’re working. It’s a humble setup, but it’s home for the business. We don't use any fancy systems; we just write things down and remember faces.
