Jatin Lalit

This is Jatin Lalit, and you can find us at Andheri Shahalam Gate 107. Being in Andheri means it is always noisy and crowded, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Our place is near the Shahalam Gate, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The office is tucked away and isn't very large, but it’s where we do everything. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in, though you mostly just get the smell of the street food from outside. It’s a lively spot to be in. We don't really have a set routine, as every day brings something a bit different. Sometimes we are busy all day and other times we just sit and talk about how the city is changing. We aren't really into the whole big business scene. We just like doing our work here at Gate 107. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby, so we are never short on snacks or caffeine. Most of the people who drop by are from the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work somehow. It’s been our home base for quite some time and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It suits us just fine and the area is great.
