We run things at Jatin D Jhaveri Associates Chetan Dalal Invst Mngmt. Our office is situated in Railway Coloney No 169, near Teen Bangala on Khar Road East. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. You can hear the trains passing by pretty often because we are so close to the station. After a while, you stop noticing the noise, I suppose. The office has piles of papers and ledgers everywhere because we have been doing this for a long time. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find Teen Bangala, we are right there. The furniture is nothing special, just some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around as long as I can remember. We spend our days looking at numbers and talking on the phone with people who have been with us for years. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the colony a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in Khar. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. We don't go for big meetings or anything corporate like that. We just sit down, do the work, and go home. People from the railway colony often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a very local vibe and we wouldn’t want it any other way. It feels like home to us, honestly.
