You can find Jani M B over in Borivali West at B 54. It’s a busy part of Mumbai and there’s always something happening outside our window. We’ve been in this office for quite some time now. It’s not a very large space, just enough for us to get our work done without tripping over each other. The walls are covered in calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the months. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day business that comes our way. The building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and the location is perfect for getting around the city. Most of our regulars are local folks who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and how they like things done. Sometimes the lift breaks down and we have to use the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don’t really worry about having the latest technology unless we absolutely need it to do the job. It’s a straightforward operation here. We open up early, grab some tea from the stall nearby, and get to it. It’s a bit chaotic at times with all the noise from the street, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on what is sitting on the desk in front of us.
