Even though the name mentions Nashik, this specific branch of ours is tucked away in Mumbai, over in the Antop Hill area. We are located in Room Number 4069 of Building 108 in the CGS Colony, Sector 7. It’s honestly a bit of a maze to find our door if you aren't actually from around this colony. The building is one of those big, gray government colony structures that all look the same. We aren't like those big flashy banks with glass towers you see in the city center. Our office space is small and strictly functional. We handle the basic banking needs of the people living in the colony and the folks nearby. It’s a cooperative setup, so it feels more like a community center than a bank sometimes. People come in to deposit their small savings or ask us about how to get a minor loan for a home project. We have some old wooden counters and heavy metal filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets a bit cramped and hot when it gets towards the end of the month and everyone has business to do. We know most of our regular customers by their faces and names. There is a lot of physical paperwork, and we still use physical ledgers along with the computers. It’s a slow, careful way of working. We don't have marble floors or high-end air conditioning. We just have the ceiling fans and the sounds of the colony.
