Working out of J - 157 in the M. I. D. C. area of Bhosari is exactly what you’d expect from an industrial hub. It’s noisy, it’s busy, and there’s always some kind of work happening on the road or in the neighboring units. Jamshedji Constro Equip Pvt Ltd has been based here for some time now. The plot isn’t anything out of the ordinary, just a solid space where we handle all our daily operations. Bhosari is a bit of a trek for some of the guys, but once you’re here, you’re in the middle of everything. We don't have much in the way of decoration; it’s more about having enough room for the stuff we deal with. The mornings usually start with the sound of shutters opening up all down the street. We get the coffee going and start looking at the logs. It’s a lot of practical work, nothing like those shiny offices you see in the city center. We deal with the heat and the dust like everyone else around here. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the machinery nearby, but you get used to that after a week. It’s a hardworking kind of place. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing; we just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the way we do things.
