Our office for Cosmos Construction Machineries & Equipment is located at 467A, Vora Bhuvan. It’s right above the Dena Bank at King’s Circle, which makes it pretty easy to find if you’re in the area. King’s Circle is a landmark in itself, so we get a lot of people passing by. The office is on an upper floor, and it’s where we manage everything to do with our construction machinery. We don't keep the big equipment here, obviously, as there wouldn't be any room. This is just the hub where we handle the sales, the rentals, and all the paperwork that comes with heavy machinery. We have a small team here, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't big on wearing suits or having long, boring meetings. Usually, we are talking to contractors on the phone or checking the schedules for our machines out on different sites. The building is one of those older Mumbai structures, so it has a bit of character, though the stairs can be a workout if the lift is acting up. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time and have gotten to know the regular rhythms of the circle below. We provide equipment to people who need it for their building projects and just try to be straightforward about what’s available. It’s a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of everything at King’s Circle.
