Jagruti Copy Centre

Jagruti Copy Centre is just a small shop at Worli Shop No 3, right near the Markendeshwar Templ. We spend most of our time here surrounded by the sound of machines running and the smell of warm paper. It is not a fancy place, just a room with some desks and stacks of paper everywhere. People come in all day with different things they need copied or printed. Sometimes it is just one page, other times it is a whole box of documents. We have been in this spot for a while now and the temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The machines act up sometimes, and we have to stop and pull out jammed bits of paper, but that is just part of the day. We handle a lot of student work and forms for the neighborhood. The lighting is a bit dim in the back where we keep the extra toner, but it works for us. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us making sure the copies look clear enough. The floor is a little worn down from walking between the counter and the printers. We keep a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their binding to finish. It gets quite busy in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get things done. We just keep our heads down and get the work out. It is a simple life here in Worli.
