So, Jacob Remote Techno Pvt Ltd is located over in Vikhroli West, but we also have this connection to Malad East at B-4/6 on Dattary Road, Plot No 4. It’s a bit of a trek between the two if the traffic is bad. We deal with tech stuff mostly. Our space isn't huge, just enough for the gear and a few chairs. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all just sit there staring at the routers for a minute. It happens. We aren't some massive tech giant with a cafeteria. Usually, we just order lunch from the place around the corner. Working in Vikhroli and Malad means we see a lot of different people. The Dattary Road spot is where a lot of the hands-on things happen. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we keep the equipment clean. We started this because we liked fixing things and figured we could make a go of it as a proper company. It's been a few years now. We don’t really do fancy brochures or sales pitches. People just come to us when their stuff stops working or they need a specific remote solution. We try to get it done without too much fuss. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of wires in the back room. It is a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is kept.
