J P Morgan Chase

We are over here in Kandivali West, right at B 17 Kailash Darshan. It's in Irani Wadi No 3, which is a busy spot. If you know the area, it's easy to find. We've been at this spot for a while now. Some of us live nearby, so the walk isn't too bad in the mornings, though the humidity in Mumbai gets to everyone. The office is J P Morgan Chase, but it feels like a regular local place because we see the same faces every day. People stop by to ask about their accounts or just to get some paperwork sorted. It's not a fancy skyscraper or anything like that. Just a solid building where we sit and get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially with the rickshaws always honking, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or corporate talk. If someone comes in with a problem, we look at it and try to fix it. We have some desks, computers, and a small area for people to wait. It gets busy on Mondays. That is usually our hardest day because everyone wants everything done at once. But the rest of the week is okay. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of the staff has been here for years. We know the neighborhood well. It's a decent place to work and we keep the office running as best as we can.
