We are located in Kandivali West, specifically in Shop No 31 of Naman Plaza Shopping. It’s right behind Shoppers Stop and the MIDC area, so there’s always people walking around or looking for things. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. There are wires everywhere, half-opened computer towers, and spare parts tucked into every corner. We spend our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't clicking the way they should. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, honestly, with screws sitting in little bowls and keyboards stacked up. We didn't want a shop that looked like a showroom. We wanted a place where we could actually work on things and get our hands on the hardware. The lighting inside Naman Plaza can be a bit dim in the corners, but our bench is always bright so we can see what we’re doing. Working in Kandivali means we get all sorts of neighbors coming in with their laptops or asking about a specific cable. We don't use a lot of big words to explain things; we just tell people what’s broken and how long it’ll take to fix. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, but we make it work. Every morning we roll up the shutter and start sorting through the repairs from the day before. It’s just how the days go for us.
