J. B. Plastics

J. B. Plastics is located at number 34 in the New Unique Industrial Estate. If you know Mulund West, we are right on Dr. R.P. Road, directly opposite where the Jawahar Talkies used to be. Most people still use the talkies as a landmark even though things have changed around here over the years. Our space is typical for an industrial estate in this part of Mumbai. It’s a bit tight with all the machinery and materials, but we make it work. The road outside is always crowded, especially in the afternoons when the shops are in full swing. We have been operating from this unit for a good bit of time now. The building itself has that worn-in feel of a place where real work happens every day. It’s not a shiny new glass tower, just a solid brick and concrete spot where we handle our plastics business. We like being in Mulund because it’s easy for the staff to get to from the station. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we just carry on. We are usually too busy inside to worry about what’s happening on Dr. R.P. Road anyway. It is just us and a few other small businesses in this row, all doing our own thing. We don't need much more than our tools and a bit of space to get through the day.
