J. B. & Brothers

J. B. & Brothers is located in Prasad Chambers, right near the Roxy Cinema in the Opera House area. We take up rooms 702 to 704. It’s a very busy part of the city, and if you've ever been to Opera House, you know how much energy is always in the air. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our office is a place where we do real work, not a place for looking pretty. We have a lot of sorting tables and the light is good on the seventh floor, which is important for what we do. You can hear the taxis honking down on the street, but we’re used to it. We get in early to beat the worst of the heat and the crowds. Most of the day is spent checking diamonds and talking to other traders who come by. We don't bother with marketing or anything like that because word of mouth has always worked for us. We know most of the people in the building by their first names. It’s that kind of place. We have a small staff and we all just pitch in wherever it’s needed. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment to get through. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to do our jobs well and be honest with the people we deal with. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been doing it this way for years.
