Itss Bahrain

It might seem a bit odd that we’re called Itss Bahrain but we’re actually operating out of Mumbai, India. Our main focus is the sales of water pumps and those digital pump controllers that everyone is starting to use now. We’re also very busy trying to appoint new dealers at the district level all across this part of the country. It’s a lot of travel and a lot of meetings with shop owners. We aren't sitting in a fancy office all day. Most of the time, we’re out looking at equipment or talking to people about how these pumps work. Water is a big deal here, so having a good pump matters to a lot of people. We deal with the technical side of the controllers too, making sure they actually do what they’re supposed to. The name comes from an older connection, but our heart is right here in the local markets. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people the pumps and explain how the digital parts help save electricity or keep the motor from burning out. It’s practical stuff. Finding dealers is a slow process because we want to work with people who actually care about the products. We’re just a small group trying to get these pumps into more hands across the districts. It’s hard work and involves a lot of dusty roads, but it’s what we do.
