We are over in Jogeshwari West, right in Razia Manzil at Kranti Nagar. It’s on the first floor. It’s a bit of a lived-in building, nothing like those glass offices you see in the city center. We handle IT things, mostly fixing stuff or helping people set up their computers. My uncle started this place a while back and we just kept it going. Kranti Nagar is always crowded, so getting here can be a hassle if you’re driving, but the train station isn’t too far off. We have a lot of cables and old monitors sitting around the office. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People come in with broken laptops or questions about their internet, and we try to sort it out. We don’t use those big words like digital transformation. We just fix what’s broken. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the neighborhood has changed. The first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. If the door is open, it means we’re in. We stay busy enough with the local shops and residents around here. It’s a simple setup. Just a few desks, some tools, and us. We like it this way. Sometimes when it rains, the street gets muddy, but we're used to it. We keep a few extra umbrellas by the door for whoever needs one.
