A lot of our communication happens through the email address you see. It is just a more direct way for us to stay in touch without all the extra layers. We spend our days on the computer. That’s the reality of IT work here. Sometimes we meet in small spots around the city to discuss what needs to be done next. It’s just easier that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to do decent work for the people who ask us. The rain in Mumbai can be a mess, but we keep working through it. Our team is just a few people who have known each other for a long time. We handle projects as they come. There is always something new to learn in this business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix problems and build things that people need. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We take breaks to get vada pav from the stall nearby. That’s our routine. It’s honest work. We try to be helpful when people reach out. It’s not a complicated setup we have here. Just us and our laptops. The humidity is always a factor for our machines so we keep the fans going all day.
