Ispat Ind Ltd has been operating for a while and these days we handle a lot of our communication through the email ssunil100 at indiatimes dot com. It’s an older address but it’s stayed with us through the years. Things have changed a lot in how businesses run, but we still keep that link active for everyone who knows us. We don't have a big physical shopfront that people walk into every day like a retail store. Most of our work happens behind the scenes in the industrial sector. We deal with the basics of the industry without much fuss. It’s about getting the emails answered and the orders processed. Sometimes it feels like we are just part of the digital hum of the industry now. We still consider ourselves a very practical outfit. There isn't any fancy branding or loud logos on our end. We just stick to the Ispat Ind name because that is what people recognize. It’s funny how a simple email address can become such a central part of how a company stays in touch with its partners. We spend a lot of time on the computer making sure everything is lined up. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what keeps things moving for us. We just keep at it, day in and day out, answering the messages that come in through that old Indiatimes account. It's a bit of a relic but it works for us.
