Ismart Global Services Pvt Ltd. is set up over in the Jogeshwari East area. Our office is in Ramnath Chawl, specifically 3/3 in the Majas Wadi area of Samarth Nagar. It is a real Mumbai neighborhood, very crowded and full of life every hour of the day. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Being in a chawl means you are never really alone; there is always someone walking by or some noise coming from the street. We do various service-related work from this small space. It is quite practical and simple, really. We don’t need a fancy glass building to do what we do. The 400 060 area code is home to a lot of small businesses just like ours. We spend our time at the computers or on the phone, trying to help our clients with whatever they need at the moment. The room gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it keeps us focused on the tasks. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains make it a bit hard to get to the office, but we usually manage to make it in. We have been in this part of Maharashtra for a while now. It is not a glamorous life, but it is our business and we take care of it. We know the local shopkeepers and the guys who bring us lunch every day.
