Ismart Global Private Limited is tucked away in the T-15 003 block of the Transit Camp in Pratiksha Nagar. This is the Sion Koliwada area, near GTB Nagar in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of the city is always moving and very crowded. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a high-rise building; it’s part of the local camp housing. The space is small, and we have to be very organized to make everything fit. There are boxes of files and a few computers squeezed into the rooms. We’ve been operating from here for a good while. The noise from the street is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. Most of us live nearby or take the local train to GTB Nagar and then walk or take an auto. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a lobby or a fancy sign. Most people who come here are looking for specific help with their business. We just sit down and get to it. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around just to let someone pass through the hallway. It’s a tight space, but we get a lot done. Being in Pratiksha Nagar means we are part of the real Mumbai, away from the shiny glass offices. It’s just us doing our work every day. We manage the global side of things right from this little spot.
