Ishrae Mumbai Chapter

Being over here in Mahalaxmi, specifically at Ambavadi 214, keeps us right in the middle of everything that happens in South Mumbai. Ishrae Mumbai Chapter isn't exactly a shop you just walk into to buy groceries, it’s more of a place where people who deal with air conditioning and heating systems come to talk shop. Most days, the office is pretty quiet until a meeting starts, and then the whole place fills up with engineers and technicians. You can hear the trains passing nearby if you listen closely enough. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and organizing talks. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s a functional space where the walls are covered with old photos and technical charts. The fans are usually humming because even people who work in cooling need a bit of a breeze. Someone is always making tea in the little corner we have for the stove. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now, and the neighbors know us as the guys who are always talking about pipes and vents. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once, but we just pull in more chairs from the back room. The furniture is a bit old, and the desks have scratches, but it feels like a place where real work happens. We don’t have fancy lobby music or anything like that, just the sound of people discussing how to make buildings more comfortable.
