Our office is in Flat 302 of the Rajanigandha building over in Gorai 2. If you know Borivali West, you know it is a lively part of Mumbai. Isc It Services Pvt. Ltd is a small operation. We do not have a big glass office in a tech park. We work out of this flat because it is convenient and close to where some of us live. It is a typical residential society, so it is pretty quiet most of the time, except for the kids playing downstairs in the evenings. We do all our IT work from here—coding, fixing servers, and talking to clients on the phone. The rooms are filled with computers and cables everywhere. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, honestly. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee to get through the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to call the provider, just like everyone else does. We have been in this building for a few years now. The neighbors are used to us by now. We are not trying to be the next giant company; we just want to do good work and keep our clients sorted. It is a humble setup, but it works for us. Borivali is a great place to be, even with the commute being what it is in Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The view from the balcony isn't much.
