Irb Pvt Ltd is based in Kalyan West, at 5 1 New Ushakal Cooperative Housing Society. We are located in Tejas Colony within Milind Nagar. This isn't a business district with skyscrapers; it’s a regular residential neighborhood. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It makes for a very relaxed and informal environment. We don't have any big corporate signs or a lobby. You just come up the stairs and knock on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few cupboards for storage. We like being in Kalyan because it’s a bit away from the main chaos of Mumbai. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a nice change from the local trains. We spend our hours here dealing with whatever needs doing, mostly administrative tasks and local coordination. The building is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood children or someone cooking nearby. We usually go out for a quick walk in the afternoon just to get some fresh air. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals plastered on the walls. We are just a small team working out of a housing society, trying to keep things organized and moving forward one day at a time. It’s a very practical way to run things.
