Iraa Innovations Private Limited

We are located at 505 Ashwamedh CHS, which is on D G Mahajani Marg in Sewree. If you know the area, you know it has a very specific feel to it. It’s a bit industrial with the docks nearby but also has these older housing societies tucked away in the lanes. Iraa Innovations Private Limited is just a small operation running out of this room. It’s a cooperative housing society, so you get the usual neighborhood sounds—kids playing outside in the evenings or someone’s pressure cooker whistling in the afternoon. We like being in Sewree. It feels grounded and real. Our office is on the fifth floor. It’s not a huge place, but it fits us just right for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name and wave when we come in. There’s a lot of paperwork usually piled up on the side tables and old files. We aren't big on decor; we just have what we need to get through the day’s work. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us if the windows are open, which is nice in the Mumbai heat. We just do our thing without much fuss or noise. It’s a local business through and through. No fancy slogans or shiny boards out front. Just us, some computers, and the daily grind on D G Mahajani Marg. It’s a simple life, and we are quite content with how things are going.
