Intrax Systems is located in the Ruby Industrial Estate. You have to head down Chincholi Bunder, just off the main Link Road in Malad West. We are in unit 212. The estate is one of those places where there is always something going on, with trucks loading and unloading all the time. Our space is fairly standard for an industrial unit. We have our desks, some testing equipment, and plenty of storage for the systems we handle. Link Road can be a nightmare with traffic during peak hours, so we usually try to time our deliveries carefully. Inside, it’s a lot of focus on technical details and making sure the software and hardware are talking to each other correctly. We are just a group of people who enjoy the technical side of things. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. If something isn't working, we stay until it is fixed. The walls are a bit plain and we probably need a new coat of paint, but the equipment is what matters. We’ve been in Malad for a good while now and we know the area well. Most of our clients are businesses nearby who need their systems maintained or upgraded. We keep it simple—they tell us what they need, and we figure out how to do it. It's practical and keeps things running for everyone involved in the daily grind.
