You can find us over in Goregaon West, specifically in New Shastrinagar. We are at 10 209, which is a bit of a maze if you aren’t from around here. International Gold Co Ltd is a small operation where we deal with some jewelry and metal work. It’s not a high-end showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a workshop and office combined into one. The building is an older one, and it gets quite busy in the afternoons when the local markets are in full swing. We have a few safes and some weighing scales that we use every day. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at the back desk checking prices or talking to people who come in to show us things. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for years and know most of the people on our block. The space is a bit cramped because we have quite a lot of equipment for such a small room. We don't really do much advertising; we just rely on people stopping by or calling us up. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer, which makes it hard to work, but we just wait it out. It’s a modest business and we just try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. That's how we've always done things here.
