D-436 in MIDC Turbhe is where we spend our hours. Interface Design Associates Pvt. Ltd. is tucked into this industrial patch where everything feels like it’s made of concrete and steel. The office is full of drawings and computer screens. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside, but we’ve got what we need to get the job done. Turbhe is a busy area, always trucks moving and people rushing around the MIDC. We usually have a lot of papers scattered across the big tables because that’s just how we work. It’s not perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is. The light in the office isn't the best in the evenings, but we have enough lamps to keep going. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right into the middle of whatever we are doing. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The air conditioning hums in the background, trying to keep up with the heat outside. We mostly just keep our heads down and work on the designs. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really specific reason for it. It’s a casual place, but we take the technical side of things seriously enough. We just want to finish the day's work and maybe have a quick chat before heading out to catch the train.
