You can find us over at Plot 19 on Road Number 9 in MIDC. It’s tucked away behind the Tunga Paradise hotel. If you know Andheri East, you know how the roads can be, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get somewhere. Our place is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a simple setup, really. We have the workshop area and a bit of space for the office work. Most days are spent looking at small pieces and making sure everything is sorted correctly. It’s quiet inside compared to the street noise outside. We’ve been in this building for a while, so the walls have some scuffs and the floor is well-worn from everyone walking back and forth. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, say hello, and get on with their tasks. The staff is mostly local people who’ve been in the trade for a long time. They know their way around a jewelry bench better than anything else. We handle a lot of different orders, some small, some bigger, but the process is always the same. It takes patience and a lot of sitting still. It’s a decent place to work, and we all know the routine by heart now.
