We are based out in Rabale at the Sigma IT Park. Our unit is six hundred and three, and the whole plot is R-203 and R-204 in the T.T.C. Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a trek for some of us to get out here to Thane Belapur Road every day, but the space is decent. At Intellvisions Software, we spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to make sure the systems don't crash. The IT park is huge, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. We aren't really the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Most of the time, we are just in jeans, sitting at our desks with coffee nearby. The industrial estate vibe is very different from the city center, it's more spread out and feels a bit more serious. We have a lot of computers and servers humming in the background. Sometimes the canteen downstairs is okay, but we usually bring our own food from home. We just do our work, fix the bugs we find, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a lot of troubleshooting and talking through logic problems. There isn’t anything fancy about the way we operate. We just like to get the software right so we don't have to stay past dinner time if we can help it.
