We are based in C 34, Building No 13 of Rajgad Apartment in Sahayadri Nagar, Kandivali West. It is definitely more of a home-like setting than a corporate office. Since we are in a residential complex in Mumbai 400067, we try to be mindful of the neighbors. The office itself is basically a large apartment that we’ve converted with desks and server racks. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but it keeps us talking to each other. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us handling the day-to-day operations. Most of the staff takes the local train to Kandivali and then an auto to get here. We usually have our lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a steady one. We handle whatever tasks come our way, mostly digital work and processing. The building is a bit old, so the elevator is sometimes out of order, and we have to take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We don't use corporate jargon or have long meetings about nothing. We just see what needs doing and we do it. It’s a very honest, local way to work. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can just focus on our output without any distractions from a big office park. We have been in this spot for a while and the routine suits us.
