We go by the name Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd and our main point of contact is through the Kathuria Hunar email on Rediff. We don't really have one of those big fancy offices with a giant sign on top of a skyscraper. Instead, things are a bit more low-key and direct with how we operate. Most of our work is handled through digital channels, so we spend a lot of time focused on our screens and making sure the communication stays clear. It’s a bit of an unconventional way to run things compared to the big centers in Mumbai or Delhi, but it works for us. We are a small team that handles a lot of different tasks, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. You won't find us in a big lobby waiting for appointments. We are usually just busy at our desks, wherever we happen to be set up for the day. It’s a very hands-on approach where everyone knows exactly what they need to do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do; we just focus on the actual work and making sure the emails and messages are all answered. It might seem a bit different to some, but in this day and age, you can get a lot done without a massive physical footprint. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day work that keeps coming in.
