You can find Integrated Technical Services over in Jogeshwari West. We are in the Kiran Vaishali building, flat B 2 302. It’s in Vaishali Nagar, Mumbai 400102. Working out of a residential-style building means it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and there’s always some technical manual or piece of equipment lying around. Jogeshwari is a busy place, and getting here through the traffic can be a headache sometimes, but once you’re inside the building, it’s alright. We don't go in for fancy decor or those glass walls you see in corporate films. We just have what we need to get the technical jobs finished. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing things. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building watchman knows us all by name. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and you can hear the sounds of the city dying down outside. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to fix what’s broken and move on to the next thing. It’s a practical way to run a business in a city as crowded as Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and work. There is no point in pretending to be something we aren't.
