Integrar

Integrar is tucked away in the Demello Complex. If you are coming from Sarota Nagar or Virbhadra Nagar, you probably know the area around Baner. It is right near the Court Yard Restaurant, which makes it easy to find if you’re hungry or just looking for a landmark. Our space here isn’t anything fancy, just a regular office setup where we get things done every day. Some days the traffic around Andheri West is a real headache, especially during the morning rush. Most of us just grab a quick tea nearby and settle in. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time at our desks or talking in the small meeting area. It’s not a huge place, so you end up knowing everyone pretty well. Working here feels like being part of the neighborhood. People stop by sometimes just to say hello, and we usually have the windows open when the weather isn’t too hot. You can hear the sounds of the street, the cars passing by, and the general buzz of the city. We don’t really do much to decorate the walls, we just focus on the folders and the computer screens. It’s a practical environment. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We try to keep things moving and stay organized despite the occasional chaos.
