Insurance Advisor

If you need to reach out, we mostly handle things through email as an insurance advisor. You can get a hold of us at Niveditashona on Yahoo or Niveditan2 on Gmail. We don't really have a big walk-in office with a sign out front. Instead, we do most of our work from a desk where we can keep an eye on the inbox and respond to people as they write in. It’s a different way of doing things, but it works for us and for the people we help. We spend our time looking over different plans and trying to see which ones make the most sense for someone's specific situation. It’s a lot of reading through the fine print and making sure we understand all the rules before we pass that information along. Being an advisor means we have to stay updated on all the changes in the industry, which can be a lot sometimes. We aren't trying to sell anything fancy; we just want to give people the facts so they can decide what they want to do. The emails come in at all hours, so we are often checking the phone or the computer late in the evening to make sure no one is waiting too long for an answer. It’s a quiet way to work, but it keeps us busy enough. We just take it one message at a time and try to be as helpful as we can with the information we have.
