Insignia Six Sigma Consultancy

Insignia Six Sigma Consultancy is located at B 1/150 in Vishesh Khand, Gomtinagar. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been set up in this office for several years now. Six Sigma sounds like something very complicated and technical, and I guess it is, but we try to keep things down to earth here. We mostly look at how processes are working and try to find ways to make them a bit better or less wasteful. Our office isn't anything to brag about. We have some whiteboards with lots of scribbles on them and a few old computers that have seen better days. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anyone in a fancy office. We all sit in the same room. Sometimes we spend the whole day just looking at data and trying to figure out where things are going wrong. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just like fixing things and seeing them work better. Gomtinagar is a good spot to be, and we’re happy with our little place at B 1/150. If you stop by, you’ll likely find us arguing over a spreadsheet or sharing some snacks someone brought from home. It's a quiet life, but the work is interesting enough for us.
