Our office is tucked away in Jogeshwari West, specifically at 3 53 Johig Co Op Hsg Sty on New Link Road. We are in Oshiwara Park, right behind Adarsh Nagar. Mumbai is always moving fast, and this area is no different. The building is an old cooperative housing society style. It has that lived-in feel which I actually prefer over those glass towers. We have been working with machines here for a long time. It’s mostly computers and printers and that sort of stuff. The space is a bit tight because we have boxes stacked up in the corners. We do our best to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, it gets a bit messy. I usually take the train in and then walk from the station. The monsoon season is the hardest because the road outside gets muddy, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation even if the name sounds a bit formal. We are just a group of people who know how to fix things when they break. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or talking to regular clients who have been coming to us for years. We don't use fancy scripts or anything when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong with the machine and how long it will take to fix. It is a simple way to run a business.
