Our office is over in Kandivali East. The address is 2 B 163. It’s a simple setup in a part of the city that is always moving. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a tucked-away spot where we can just focus on what needs doing. Kandivali East is a busy area, full of families and small shops, so there is a lot of life around us all the time. Our particular unit, 163, is just a basic space with enough room for our equipment and a few chairs. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning sounds of the local vendors and the kids going to school are just part of the day. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy office culture. We just show up, do the research work we have on our plates, and go about our business. Sometimes the hallways of the building are a bit dark, but everyone knows where they are going. It’s an honest place to work. We don’t put on airs or try to look like a big corporation. We’re just a small team in a standard room in Kandivali. It works for us. We find that being in a real neighborhood helps keep us grounded. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized among the clutter and the noise.
