Goregaon is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our office is actually a flat that we have turned into a workspace. It’s a bit tight when everyone is here at the same time, but we are used to it by now. We have desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of files stacked on the shelves. It’s a practical setup for the kind of business work we do. We don't have any big signs or a fancy entrance. It’s just a regular door in a regular apartment building. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We take our breaks in the small kitchen or sometimes go down to the street for a quick snack. The building is older, so the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We don't have a corporate atmosphere here. It’s more like a group of people working together in a home. We just focus on getting through our daily list of things to do. The traffic in Goregaon can be tough, so we are always happy when the workday is over and we can head home. It’s just a normal workplace.
